Energy is what drives us
Prime Renewables GmbH plans the purchase and operation of energy farms for the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources through investment in operating companies in selected European countries. The company is fully consolidated by the majority shareholder Prime Capital.
With an output of approx. 300 MW, the aim is to generate approx. 500,000 MWh of clean energy per year, mainly from onshore wind and photovoltaic systems. This will cut CO2 emissions by approx. 400,000 tons per year.
The diversified portfolio of operating companies is assembled from power plants that are already in operation and those that are about to go into operation. Development risks are deliberately avoided. The energy farms are always used as a constant source of revenue throughout the entire lifecycle. However, regrouping in the portfolio is possible in order to take account of changing external conditions.
